Tornal\'a is an industrial town in Slovakia but almost all factories have been closed in recent years. The profile of the region was sewing and modelling employing most of the population during the prosperous times. After the closure of the factories, the workers became unemployed and many of them have not been able to access the labour market again. In the frame of the project, 15 Hungarian and 36 Slovak unemployed people were recruited to attend a series of trainings in sewing and modelling, and a social and psychological training supporting their return to the labour market. The Hungarian and the Slovak partner, in cooperation with the well-known Romani Design, provided the know-how and the opportunity to present the works of the people at the training. The peak of the project was the three fashion shows showcasing Roma traditional folk costumes.
