Within the frames of the Museum of the Year 2015 competition organized by the Pulszky Society – Hungarian Museum Association the permanent exhibition in the Sőregi House in the Bodrogközi Múzeumporta in Cigánd, Hungary (HUSK/1101/1.3.1/0244) won the special award of the evaluation committee. The museum also received an acknowledgement letter for the extraordinary community work performed in the region. Congratulations!

The maturity of the programme and the great interest it raised made the Joint technical Secretariat decide to bike all the way from Budapest to Bratislava on the Hungarian and Slovak side of the border. This will take place next week (29/06/2009-03/07/2009), so we can meet and talk about anything you might be interested in connection with the programme.
The joint approval process of the second Call for Proposal documentation started at the beginning of June, 2009.
The National Development Agency, as the managing Authority of the programme officially notified the winner applicants about the approval of their projects and about the necessary steps to take in connection with the contracting.
The Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) organized the third Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) meeting in Miskolc

The occasion to review the opportunities and the circumstances of the implementation was that the first Call for Proposals came out.
The European Commission sent a positive response to the first Annual Implementation Report of the programme, which covering the period before the launch of the programme implementation, described the necessary preparation tasks that were performed and the development of the monitoring indicators to follow the programme implementation. The report was approved by the Commission.
