New version of the Project Implementation Handbook has been released

Dear Partners,

New version of the Project Implementation Handbook has been released (chapters 4.5.1 and 5.6.1.2 changed). As of today (01/09/2015) please use this version during project implementation and reporting. The package is available in the Downloads section of our website.
